Shipping things in 2020 hasn't been ideal. In fact, it's been downright frustrating for everyone. Shipments have been taking anywhere from 10 days to 3 months to reach their destination.
While we can't speak to the exact cause, we believe there's an overwhelming surge of shipments traveling through the USPS, who are working within the constraints of recommended health and safety protocols.
We've been working hard to adapt our current offerings to include more reliable shipping options. We're happy to be rolling out those new options today.
To sum it up, shipping rates went up, but service has become faster and more reliable. And we're now offering a permanent, free global shipping option.

Rate hikes are never ideal. However, we feel that it's more important for customers to receive their order in a timely fashion. This is especially true for international orders, which, like some domestic orders, have taken 3+ months to reach their destination.
And with the upcoming holiday season, we couldn't imagine handling orders at a large scale with the current USPS situation.
While this still won't be a perfect system since we remain in an active pandemic, we hope you can rest a little easier knowing that we're doing our best to get you your order in a timely fashion.
